Faith and Bob’s respective talents led toward restoring a rural home, garden and adjoining barn to meet their hobbies and goals. Always enjoying the celebrations brought to this pastoral and beautiful setting by friends and family, they decided to share the concept with others. Thus was born “My Wedding Garden”.  It’s a natural setting with views of oak trees, wild grasses and vineyards.

Faith’s gardens and lawns were designed and completed with master gardener and friend, Cindy from Santa Rosa’s Kings Nursery. The adorned fences are filled with blossoms from roses of every color, butterfly bushes and hydrangea with black-eyed-susan, clematis, potato vines and many colorful beds of favorite annuals. The huge trees include redwood, curly willow and a variety of colorful crepe myrtles.

Bob restored their home, created a fantastic downstairs kitchen and an additional dressing area for event guests in the barn. The set up is perfect for a drive-through catering truck and outdoor BBQ area with easy access to the serving areas in the gardens.

They have hosted several lovely weddings, family and friend’s parties and recently their daughter’s wedding. As each event evolved, people were quick to suggest they consider opening their setting to couples who seek a unique garden experience.
