Garden Rental Fees for Outdoor, Seasonal Events

• Wedding & Reception – 7 hours - Winter Special 50% off, $1,500, regularly $3,000
• Ceremony Only – 3 hours - $1,000 for up to 150 guests
• Garden Reception Only – 5 hours - $2,000
• Elopements – Same Day Weddings - 1 hour – up to 5 people, $300
• A private location for your rehearsal (if you're being married elsewhere). Important for those event sites that will not give you “use time” for your rehearsal. 2 hours - $500 up to 50 guests.

Garden Use Includes:

• Two hour rehearsal time for large weddings

• Choice of three ceremony backdrops

• Outdoor lighting

• Private events

Your Concerns:
Portable potty rentals, party pentals, signage to direct your group, your vendors or select
from our recommendations and liability insurance.
